Storefront and operations platform for an Accra building-materials merchant with a laundry counter. WhatsApp-first ordering with counter pickup and delivery, a role-based back office, POS, supplier portal and laundry operations — carried by a laterite-and-steel identity rooted in Accra's red earth.
